Typically this occurs when Telesign’s upstream providers fail to complete the call. The verification call has not yet been attempted. If you retrieve status info later, it will resolve to a different status code. You get back an immediate response from Telesign when you make a request, usually with this status. The call was answered by the end user or voicemail.
